Simple Meditation Techniques for Every Body Workshop

As a practicing Buddhist since 1990, I’ve learned many meditative techniques over the years. Many are very simple to learn and can be easily integrated into our daily lives. One does not need to be a Buddhist to benefit from mindfulness, as there are lots of meditation techniques that are not faith based. We’ll spend the day learning and practicing simple skills, with lots of breaks. You’ll leave with a variety of meditative exercises to do at home and bring greater peace into your life. And yes, meditation is truly for every body. You can meditate seated on a chair, on a cushion, and even while walking.
